Privacy Statement

Retention
We retain account data, billing references, and support correspondence only as long as needed to deliver programs, meet quality standards obligations, and resolve disputes. Backup cycles may extend retention briefly beyond deletion requests.
Anonymized analytics derived from site usage may be kept in aggregate without identifiers. You may request deletion of personal data subject to exceptions for legal holds or unfinished transactions.
Data Collected
We collect identifiers you submit (name, email, organization), cohort preferences, payment references handled by processors, and technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed for security monitoring.
Community features may store posts or uploads you choose to share. Do not submit government identification numbers, health data, or other special categories unless a specific program explicitly requires them under a separate consent.
Scope
This Privacy Statement applies to charge-core.one and related learning spaces we operate. Linked third-party tools (for example video conferencing) have their own policies; we select vendors with reasonable safeguards but cannot control their independent practices.
Corporate clients who purchase team seats may have supplemental data processing agreements; where those agreements conflict on processing scope, the enterprise agreement prevails for the covered employees.
Use of Data
We use data to register participants, deliver sessions, send operational notices, improve curricula, and comply with law. Marketing emails, if any, use separate consent where required and include opt-out links.
We do not sell personal information as traditionally defined. Aggregated reporting may describe cohort completion rates without identifying individuals.
Contact
Questions about privacy practices may be sent to welcome@charge-core.one with subject line “Privacy inquiry.” We respond within a reasonable period given volume, typically under thirty days unless complexity requires more time.
You may also contact us by postal mail at the Gangnam district address published in the site footer. Include enough detail for us to verify your request responsibly.
Rights
Depending on your status, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Korean law also provides consumer complaint channels we will describe in responses where relevant.
We may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests. Denials will include reasons tied to legal exceptions when applicable.
Third Parties
We rely on subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, analytics (when consented), and payment processing. Contracts include confidentiality and security expectations; we review vendors periodically.
If we transfer data internationally, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures when required, documenting assessments as appropriate for enterprise programs.
