General Terms
Last updated 2026-03-18
Acceptance
By accessing Quant Harbor Academy materials, community spaces, or registration forms on charge-core.one, you agree to these General Terms and any policies linked here. If you disagree, do not create an account or download resources.
We may update these terms to reflect program changes, quality standards obligations, or clarifications required by Republic of Korea regulations. Material changes will be posted with a revised last-updated date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different mechanism.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Venue for disputes shall be the courts located in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protections assign jurisdiction elsewhere for certain individuals.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights granted to consumers under the Framework Act on Consumers, the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, or related administrative guidance issued by Korean authorities.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and notify welcome@charge-core.one if you suspect unauthorized access. You will not attempt to disrupt sessions, scrape private cohort channels, or upload unlawful content.
You also agree to respect other participants and staff. Harassment, hate speech, or sustained disruption may result in removal without refund where permitted by the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, Quant Harbor Academy and its instructors provide education on an as-is basis. We do not warrant specific career outcomes, employer adoption of your work, or error-free materials.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where statute prescribes a different cap for educational services.
Intellectual Property
Curriculum text, recordings, exercises, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for learning while enrolled and for reasonable personal reference afterward, not for public redistribution or resale.
You retain ownership of your original project code and writing. By submitting work for feedback, you grant us a limited license to review, annotate, and display anonymized excerpts internally for quality improvement.
Service Description
Quant Harbor Academy offers cohort courses, workshops, and self-paced modules focused on Python skills for operational analysis and cross-org workflows. Schedules, formats, and instructor assignments may change when operational needs require substitutes of equal qualification.
We describe prerequisites honestly. If you enroll without meeting prerequisites, you assume the risk of slower progress; we may recommend alternate tracks but cannot guarantee individualized tutoring beyond published office hours.
Termination
Either party may terminate access for material breach. We may suspend access immediately for security incidents, abusive conduct, or legal demands, then follow up with written notice where feasible.
Upon termination, licenses to curriculum materials end except for copies you are expressly allowed to retain. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
