Timeframe
For consumer purchases governed by Korean distance-selling rules, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase unless digital content delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of lost withdrawal rights as permitted by law.
Where withdrawal applies, refunds are processed within a commercially reasonable period, typically fourteen business days after approval, using the original payment method when technically possible.
Scope
This policy covers tuition-like fees listed on charge-core.one for Quant Harbor Academy programs. Custom enterprise statements of work are governed by separate contracts when provided.
Administrative fees, if any, will be disclosed before checkout and are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on program start dates, content access logs, and whether downloadable materials were released early. Partial refunds may apply when law mandates proportional remedies after partial performance.
Scholarship or promotional seats may carry different rules disclosed at enrollment.
Process
Submit refund or cancellation requests to welcome@charge-core.one with your full name, cohort name, and purchase reference. We confirm receipt and may request identity verification to prevent fraud.
Approved refunds are coordinated with our payment processor; banking timelines may add additional days beyond our control.

Use the same channel for disputes before escalating to external mediation where contracts require it. Keep copies of correspondence for your records.

Exceptions
No refund is granted for violations of the General Terms that result in termination for abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. Additional non-refundable items include third-party exam vouchers once redeemed.
Force majeure events may require rescheduling instead of refunds; when sessions are canceled by us without replacement, you will receive a credit or refund as described in your confirmation email.
